Quick Start
Video walkthrough (Chinese)
A 2-minute 58-second beginner walkthrough with real interface screenshots, synthesized Chinese narration and Chinese captions. Screenshot dates are shown in the video; available features depend on your account permissions.
1. Register and sign in
Open free registration, complete phone or email verification, and enter the workspace. See Account and Sign-in for steps and live screenshots.
2. Confirm trial access and allocation
Account registration is free; device trials require team confirmation. Check Trial request for the available entry and request status. Submission does not mean a device has been allocated. Do not submit repeatedly to speed it up. Purchase and renewal checkout are not open yet.
3. Find the device in My cloud phones
Refresh the list and check its name, state and expiry information. If the list is empty, confirm your account and allocation. Open is available only when a device is running, its state can be confirmed and streaming is enabled.

Status check failed or Not reported means the state needs another check, not that the device was deleted. Readiness varies by device; historical 15-second or 18–30-minute samples are not a universal provisioning promise.
4. Open the screen in your browser
Select Open and wait for actual video before using the available tools. Browser streaming is now integrated; this flow does not require installing a PC component first. Availability depends on the device and account permissions.
Video, keyboard input and device status are separate stages. Running does not mean the first video frame has arrived. See Screen and Connection.
5. End your session
Disconnect the viewer when finished and log out on shared computers. Disconnecting video does not shut down the phone or stop its access term. Check Renewal and Expiry before continued use.
