Capabilities and Limitations

Current scope​

  • Browser video: integrated for running devices with streaming enabled and a usable network. Tools and permissions vary by device.
  • Screenshots and batch actions: available only when the selected devices support them. Screenshots are still images; inspect each device's batch result.
  • Mirrored group control: a grid or batch task does not guarantee that every device follows a primary device's input. Do not rely on it before availability is confirmed.
  • Account recovery: email recovery has an entry; signed-out phone recovery is still unavailable. See Account and Sign-in.
  • Purchases and renewals: checkout is not open. See Billing and Top-ups.

SMS and device environment​

Login verification codes go to your real phone number, not the cloud phone. Injecting an SMS into a cloud phone only creates a local record; it does not establish cellular SMS send/receive capability.

Use actual readback for model information, network exit and system capabilities. A submitted setting is not necessarily applied; wait for task feedback and verify proxy or region changes. Separate instances do not guarantee unrelated underlying characteristics.

No platform risk-control guarantees​

We do not guarantee freedom from account bans or passing Google Play Integrity, Widevine L1 or other device-integrity checks. Compatibility depends on the model, system and app and must be verified for the intended use.

Automation and permissions​

Website entries, API permissions and device capabilities control separate scopes. Read the reason and required permissions when a template or task is rejected. Private templates do not bypass platform restrictions. See API Overview.
