Frequently Asked Questions

Why are there no devices after registration?

Free registration and device allocation are separate. Check the account and trial request status; a trial needs confirmation. See Quick Start.

Live device-unavailable message with a return-to-list link

Live Chinese message, September 18, 2026: the device is not currently assigned to the signed-in account. Return to the list and check the account and assignment; this does not establish data deletion.

Can I use a cloud phone in my browser?

Supported devices can open video in the browser. Tools depend on capabilities and permissions. A connection failure does not mean browser streaming is unavailable everywhere. See Screen and Connection.

Can I directly reset a forgotten phone password?

Signed-out phone recovery is still unavailable. Use SMS login if available; a signed-in SMS password change is a separate entry. See Account and Sign-in.

Why can I not pay through Renew?

Purchase and renewal checkout are not open yet. Viewing periods does not complete renewal. Confirm extension arrangements and deadlines in advance. See Renewal and Expiry.

Why does text input do nothing?

Click the app input field inside the cloud phone, confirm control is allowed, and test a small amount of text. If it still fails, record the message rather than repeatedly sending input.

Why has the proxy exit not changed?

Submission, task completion and effective network exit are separate stages. Check task feedback and then verify the exit. Avoid repeated submissions while the result is unclear. Timing varies by device.

Can the phone receive SMS or guarantee no account bans?

Login codes go to your real phone number. Injected SMS records are not real cellular messages. Third-party risk-control outcomes are not guaranteed. See Capabilities and Limitations.
