Controlling Devices
Check video and control permissions
Open a device, wait for actual video and check the control-enabled setting and current state. Viewing does not necessarily permit input. Tools depend on capabilities and permissions.

Text and touch
- Confirm that control is enabled for this connection.
- Click the target app's input field inside the phone screen to focus it.
- Enter a small amount of text and check the actual result. A text-input tool still requires the app field to be focused first.
- If input fails, check permissions, focus and connection feedback before sending again.
Back and Home change the app state. Restart, factory reset and device replacement have greater impact; confirm the target and save work first. Video and server actions use different paths, but not every action is guaranteed to work after video disconnects.
Batch actions
Select target devices in the list and use only enabled actions. Check the count first, then inspect each result; a finished batch does not mean every phone succeeded. See the live toolbar in Quick Start.
API integration
Check permissions and endpoint requirements in API Overview. An accepted request does not prove the intended in-app outcome; verify the result. SMS injection creates a local record and does not provide real cellular SMS reception.
